A Meibao biomass hot air furnace has recently entered regular operation at a customer’s detergent manufacturing plant in Africa, following two months of construction, installation, furnace dry-out and commissioning.

With a total heat output of 12 million kcal/h, the furnace meets the heating requirements of the customer’s 25-tonne-per-hour detergent powder production line.

Using affordable, locally available biomass fuel, the system significantly reduces fuel costs while maintaining product quality. It also operates without SO₂ emissions, offering both energy-saving and environmental benefits.

Amid uncertainty in oil and natural gas supplies, the biomass heating system helps the customer maintain safe, stable detergent powder production.
